The qualification for this grant is very simple.

For owners:

  • No Benefits required
  • No Income thresholds
  • Your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be a D, E, F or G. If you don’t have an EPC, we will do one for you. You can check your EPC here.
  • Your Council Tax Banding must be an A, B, C, D or E in Wales or an A, B, C or D in England.  You can check your banding here

For Tenants:

  • You must receive a qualifying benefit
  • Your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be a D, E, F or G. If you don’t have an EPC, we will do one for you. You can check your EPC here.
  • Landlords’ consent.
